We collaborate closely with Northumbria University on research and with both Northumbria University and Opportunity Global to develop and deliver leadership programmes tailored to the unique needs of Northumberland's workforce. Our relationships with institutions including North East Times, Newcastle United Foundation, Sunderland University and Northumberland College enrich our initiatives, bringing together diverse expertise and resources. These partnerships enable us to deliver a comprehensive suite of programmes with a small core team, ranging from workforce development to  engagement of the young and the economically inactive.
