Connect Northumberland is working with Northumbria University to understand the systemic challenges the county faces. Research and data drive all our interventions, and we forge partnerships with organisations like Newcastle United Foundation, Northumberland Skills, the Prince’s Trust and others to allow us to support the delivery of projects that retain young people in the county and get them working for Northumberland employers.
